Your 6 Hour Tenerife Fishing Charter on The Rodfather Tenerife starts at 9am in the morning, when you meet your captain in the harbour. He will show you the boat, the equipment you’ll be using and the lures. Then your deep sea fishing Tenerife trip will start.
We offer fishing charters targeting Marlin, Dorado, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Barracuda, Grouper, Snapper, and Shark among others.

When the captain confirms your 6 hour Tenerife fishing charter trip, The Rodfather charges you a 50% deposit or you can pay the full payment to guarantee your reservation.
All trips include up to a maximum of 8 people.
The Rodfather 6 hour fishing charters includes all gear, bait and tackle however the client may bring their own tackle.
During your 6 hour fishing charter, drinks are included, ice and a cooler box can be provided.
Please note: On the 6 hour fishing charter checkout page it will reflect the total price owed for the trip, you will be charged a 50% deposit fee or the total amount. The remaining balance will be due prior to departure of the trip by credit card or under 3 days, we accept cash only.
The Rodfather is a 34’ Guy Couach boat, restored in 2014 and is powered by twin 300 HP Volvo Penta engines.
With a wide and spacious deck, this boat is perfect for up to eight anglers to fish in comfort.
It features a flybridge, fighting chair, outriggers, downriggers, livewell, and ice box. For your comfort, you will also find a toilet, and a kitchen with refrigerator.

Tenerife and the Canary Islands as a whole are amongst the finest fishing spots on the globe. The Tenerife fishing season is 12 months a year. Their location off the coast of Africa means some of the biggest game fish such as marlin and tuna are there for the taking.
The coral reefs around the various islands are also fantastic for smaller fish. The Canary Islands are also amongst the best places in the world during Tenerife fishing trips to see whales and dolphins and even though you won’t be able to catch them, there’s a good chance of seeing sperm whales, bottlenose dolphins and pilot whales on your private fishing charter Tenerife.
It is a very short run out to the fishing grounds unlike Florida fishing charters.

Such Magestic creatures. This is the most powerful fish you can catch in the ocean. They can weigh over 1000lbs and the average size here in the Tenerife is about 700Lb at the moment. Although the fish didnt come in record nymbers, we are doing really good releasing at least one or more of these beauties every single day.
